There are many opportunities across the country to potentially continue playing your sport at the college level. Make sure that you are up to date with current NCAA/NAIA eligibility requirements for prospective college opportunities. Please see the flyers below for more information. Go to the NCSA home page and click on "Athletes Start Here" or "Parents Start Here" links. Follow the steps to quickly begin your profile page, then make an appointment with Coach DuSold in the BHS athletic department to get all the information you'll need to begin contacting colleges that may be a good match for your academic and athletic profile

You can take a FREE video course about NCAA requirements at the NFHS website This course will outline the eligibility requirements, core class list and steps to take as you progress through high school.
NAIA Showcases For Various Sports Available Throughout The Year
If you would like to showcase your skills in front of college coaches from NAIA member schools, you can check on the link to their website at NAIA Showcase for dates and locations here in the Southern California area throughout the school year.
9th Graders: Set Up A Free Profile Page With The NCAA
The ninth grade is a great time for students to start the initial-eligibility process by registering with the Eligibility Center. The Eligibility Center recommends ninth grade student-athletes register with a free Profile Page at the NCAA EC Homepage Students should expect to spend 15 to 30 minutes to complete a Profile Page. If at any time the student wishes to play at the Division I or II level, they can transition to a Certification Account and pay the registration fee to begin the certification process. 2022-2023 SAT/ACT Test Dates

If you are planning to take an SAT or ACT test for college, remember to input one or both of the following codes to have your test score sent directly to your NCAA eligibility account (ENTER 9999) or your NAIA eligibility account (ENTER 9876
Junior College Athletics
If you are interested in competing in athletics at the Junior College level in the state of California, you can apply to all 116 junior colleges in the state for FREE here!!  Click on the link below for information.  And to see the athletic programs offered at each JuCo in the state, you can go to 3C2A to see what sports are available at all Junior College's in the state!
