College Signing Day - Lunch Time Activities (Quad)

Counseling is hosting College and Career Signing Day on Wednesday May 3rd during all 3 lunches. We are in need of 6 tables and 3 EZ Ups. I was told that Athletics has EZ Ups and we have been able to use them in the past. This event will take place in the Quad in front of the old Principal's office (A Building). Could we please have these items set up at 10am that day?
