These courses are Mount San Jacinto College (MSJC) courses taught at Beaumont High School (BHS), by BHS teachers. Students are admitted to the courses based on the qualifying assessment required by MSJC. Dual enrollment creates access for high school students to participate in post-secondary education opportunities (academic & career) while reducing college costs for students and families. For entry into a dual-enrollment course, scores on the ACCUPLACER entrance assessment must meet the MSJC entrance eligibility requirements. Students are selected for Dual Enrollment classes based on their weighted high school GPA.

Each class may provide transferable units completed for CSUs, UCs, and Private Universities as determined by each school. Each college course earned is equivalent to 10 high school credits. Expenses required for taking community college classes are the responsibility of the student. Dual Enrollment courses in this catalog are denoted with (DE).
