BHS WORK PERMITS
 
Please Note: Work Permits that are submitted will take 24-48 hours to process during regular business hours Monday-Friday. Students are able to pick up their completed permit on Wednesdays or Fridays before or after school and during lunch. Please do not come during passing period. We will not give tardy passes.
 
Please PRINT and complete the Work Permit agreement and application specific to your age group (age 14 & 15) or (16 &17). Once completed and everyone (you, parent/guardian, and employer) has signed both sides, please scan and email to
Ms. Mirella Bernal [email protected] or come drop off your form in the counseling office. You can come to the office to pick up your permit on Wednesdays or Fridays during before/after school or during lunch.
