Please Note: Work Permits that are submitted will take 24-48 hours to process during regular business hours Monday-Friday. 
Please PRINT and complete the Work Permit agreement and application specific to your age group (age 14 & 15) or (16 &17). Once completed and everyone (you, parent/guardian, and employer) have signed, please scan and email to Mrs.Rubi Bedran at 
She will then process your work permit and email it back to you.

2.If you plan on requesting to take a zero period class or open period(s), you must complete and return the 2020-21 Early Release form to the Counseling office.


3. If you plan to enroll in an AP or Honors level course, you must complete the attached 2020-21 AP/Honors Contract.
