Please Note: Work Permits that are submitted will take 24-48 hours to process during regular business hours Monday-Friday. 
Please PRINT and complete the Work Permit agreement and application specific to your age group (age 14 & 15) or (16 &17). Once completed and everyone (you, parent/guardian, and employer) have signed, please scan and email to Mrs. Mirella Bernal 
She will then process your work permit and email it back to you.
