Seniors, please download and fill out these forms for graduation. Return them to the counseling office.
WORK PERMITS
 
For work permits, please PRINT and complete the Work Permit agreement and application specific to your age group (age 14 & 15) or (16 &17). For the remainder of the summer, they can be brought to Principal's Secretary, Irene V. Mendoza, in the main office to get processed. Once school is back in session, all work permits will resume back to Counseling Office. Questions? Email imendoza@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us.

2. If you plan on requesting to take a zero period class or open period(s), you must complete and return the 2019-20 Early Release form to the Counseling office.
